LEGAL NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING

June 9, 2025, at 7:15 PM

     Please take note that the Planning Board of the Town of Geneseo will hold a PUBLIC HEARING for FINAL APPROVAL FOR A Site Plan and Special Use Permit. The permit is to be considered for reopening a pre-existing dental office as Kids Come First Preschool at 4806 Lakeville Rd, Geneseo, tax map #72.-1-55.1.

     The said hearing will be held on the above date and at the Town Offices, located at 4630 Millennium Drive. At this time, all interested parties will be allowed to be heard.

Additional information on this project is available via the Town website, from the Code Officer, or the Town Office.
