Courts are not scheduled on the 5th Tuesday of any month.
Payment is Accepted as Follows
CASH, MONEY ORDERS, BANK CERTIFIED CHECKS and MASTERCARD/VISA ARE ACCEPTED. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN US FUNDS!
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS AND CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE!!!
Online payments can be made at the web address links below. In order to utilize the online payment website, you will need to know which court you are making a payment, your name, DOB, case number and Judge's Name. If you need any of the information required to make an online payment, please contact the court clerk's office.

Please note, partial payments can be made online. However, the court clerk's office will not send out monthly bills. It is your responsibility to continue to make any monthly payments ordered by the Judge.
Pleas and Small Claims
Guilty Pleas - If you wish to plead guilty by mail and no longer have your original ticket, please use the attached form and mail it to the Court at the above address. Please print clearly and include your current mailing address.
Not Guilty Pleas - If you wish to plead not guilty by mail and no longer have your original ticket, please use the attached form and mail it to the Court at the above address. Please print clearly and include your current mailing address.
Small Claims – In Small Claims Court individuals can sue for money only, up to $3,000. The claim must be filed in the jurisdiction in which the person lives, works, or has a place of business. If your claim is $1,000 or less, the filing fee is $10, if your claim is over $1,000, the fee is $15.00. Application for filing a claim ( Click Here).
Certificates of Disposition
Certificate of Disposition Requests – You can request a printed and sealed Certificate of Disposition from the court. Certificate of Disposition Request Form (Click Here). The fee for the Certificate of Disposition is $5.00. You can mail or email the request to the court. Once received, the court will contact you and give you instructions on how to make the fee payment to the court.
