CONESUS WEST LAKE ROAD WATER DISTRICT
Water consumed by the Town of Geneseo Water Districts 1 & 2, Groveland West Lake Road Water District and the Conesus West Lake Road Water District is purchased from the Village of Geneseo. In 2000 the Town of Geneseo had 544 service connections. The Town of Groveland had 180 service connections and the Town of Conesus had 6 service connections. The total number of gallons purchased was 54,207,292.
In addition to laboratory tests performed by the Village of Geneseo, The Town of Geneseo Water District and Groveland West Lake Road Water District did additional sampling for 2000. All samples taken complied with all State and Federal drinking water standards. In 2000 , the Town tested 32 "at the tap" samples for the presence of coliform bacteria. Of the 32 tests, two tests were positive. Retesting confirmed negative coliform.
The Town of Geneseo Water Districts and Groveland West Lake Road Water District rates were $3.40 per 1,000 gallons plus a $12.00 per quarter water service fee. A new 12" water main was installed, tested, certified and approved from Reservoir Road through Morgan Estates and the Gateway Project.
The Town operates a water tank fill station at the storage tank site on Burbank Drive. This is a coin operated "water-salesman", the rate is $5.00 per 1000 gallons, each quarter delivers 50 gallons.
The Town of Geneseo Water Department can be reached at 243-1544 weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (summer hours: 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon. - Thurs.) to answer any questions regarding water service. Questions regarding water billing should be directed to the Geneseo Town Clerk at 243-0722 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays.

LAKEVILLE ROAD, LAKEVILLE VILLAGE ESTATES
The Town of Geneseo Water District located on Lakeville Road including the new Lakeville Village Estates is currently serving 35 customers. The water serving this district is purchased from the Town of Livonia water supply.
